We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), licensed insurance professional to join our growing agency in Norman, Oklahoma beginning Fall 2026. This is an in-office role focused on client retention, policy reviews, onboarding, relationship building, and proactive account management.

Compensation consists of a base salary plus commissions and performance incentives. Successful producers have significant income growth opportunities based on production and client retention.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty License REQUIRED
• Oklahoma Life License preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED
• 1–2 years of insurance agency experience preferred

• Comfortable discussing life insurance and coverage recommendations
• Experience with policy reviews, cross-selling, and retention preferred

• Conduct annual policy reviews for personal and small business clients
• Lead Life bridge conversations and identify life insurance opportunities
• Handle onboarding calls for new clients
• Review coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products when appropriate
• Assist with client retention and save calls
• Manage policy alerts, renewals, and follow-up activity
• Prospect existing book opportunities as needed
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up tasks
• Deliver excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
• Support agency growth and client relationship initiatives
