This is an Entry Level and Part Time Position

We operate in a fast-paced environment at a top insurance agency in Norman, OK. We are interviewing experienced phone sales individuals who are capable of converting internet leads, warm leads, social media, and database leads into appointments. This will have a base pay but the real money is in the commissions. Make as much as you want. As agents, we get paid based on how hard we work. We want someone who takes pride in their work and is willing to bet on themselves. We provide all the training, mentoring, scripting, and coaching in house. -Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our insurance services.

-Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, ensuring clear communication between prospects and sales representatives.

-Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date records of client interactions and appointment details in our CRM system.

-Respond to inquiries from potential clients, providing basic information about our services and offerings.

-Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of appointments and follow-ups.

-Consistently meet or exceed daily call and appointment-setting goals.
