Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Commercial insurance or B2B sales experience preferred
  • Active Nevada Insurance license (P&C required, L&H desired)
  • Must be comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling


  • Strong communication and presentation skills


  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset


  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic


  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships


  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new commercial insurance opportunities
  • Conduct daily outbound calls and networking activities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline


  • Identify business risks and recommend appropriate coverage


  • Prepare proposals and close new commercial accounts


  • Build and manage a growing book of business


  • Maintain client relationships to ensure retention and cross-sell opportunities
