Senior Customer Service Remote


Job Overview

This senior position requires prior experience working in an insurance agency, current P&C Insurance licenses, as well as experience working remote.

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face for our customers. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing excellent service after the sale, and ensuring our clients feel supported throughout their journey. This role requires a tech-savvy individual who is committed to outstanding attendance, a positive attitude, and going the extra mile to help our customers. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team, and we’ll support you with the tools and training you need to succeed.

Remote Structure Details

  • This position is structured as an independent contractor and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
  • You will be required to provide your own computer, monitors, and headset.
  • You will be required to have a wired internet connection with speeds able to support our systems.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Tech-Savvy: Typing 50 wpm + and comfortable with using CRM systems, databases, and other tech tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
  • Outstanding Attendance: Reliability is key—must have a strong attendance record and be committed to showing up on time.
  • Positive Attitude: Must have a customer-first mentality, with a focus on providing excellent service with every interaction.
  • Insurance License: Must currently have a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain products and answer customer inquiries.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a P&C Insurance office is required.
Responsibilities
  • Onboarding New Customers: Assist new clients through the onboarding process to ensure they understand their insurance plans and are set up for success.
  • Customer Service After the Sale: Provide ongoing support to customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Cross Sell: Earn extra money through commission by cross selling additional products while providing excellent customer service.
  • Tech-Savvy Solutions: Typing 50 wpm + and using CRM systems and other tools to efficiently manage customer accounts and provide solutions to their inquiries.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of insurance products and policies to effectively support customers and provide accurate information.
  • Effort and Accountability: Maintain outstanding attendance, attitude, and effort in all customer interactions, contributing to a positive experience for our clients.
