If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about insurance. If you are looking for the chance to learn new skills and grow your career, this is the role for you. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $32,000 base salary and can earn $20,000 or more in commission during their first year.

Prior Sales Experience.
Professional phone etiquette.
Great Customer Service Skills.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Attend training and continuing education courses.
