• Property & Casualty License (or willing to get licensed fast)

• Ability to handle high call volume + fast pace

What You’ll Do

• Close auto, home, and life insurance deals
• Work warm + inbound leads (no guessing)
• Cross-sell and bundle to maximize income
• Follow up aggressively (this is where money is made)
• Hit and exceed daily KPIs + monthly premium targets
• Deliver elite client experience → drive retention + referrals

What Winning Looks Like

• $20K+ premium per month minimum
• 1–2 life policies per week
• 80%+ follow-up execution
• Same-day contact on all leads
