We are a high-performing Farmers Insurance agency seeking a Sales Manager / General Manager to take full ownership of daily operations, drive production, and lead a results-driven team.

Our agency operates 7 days per week from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM with staggered shifts, with a strong focus on sales production and growth.

This is a performance-based leadership role focused on increasing policy count, improving retention, and driving revenue growth. This is not an administrative role — this is a hands-on leadership position responsible for team accountability and results.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, operations, or management
• Proven track record of driving team sales performance
• Strong understanding of KPIs, pipelines, and conversion metrics
• Experience managing sales teams in a performance-driven environment
• Comfortable holding team members accountable to results
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a team across extended hours and staggered shifts
• Insurance or financial services experience is required.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across a 7-day, extended-hours schedule
• Lead and manage a team
• Drive daily production: quotes, binds, and policies written
• Ensure all leads are worked with no missed opportunities
• Track and improve close ratios, conversion rates, and team performance
• Monitor and improve retention and client experience
• Enforce KPIs and accountability across all team members
• Coach and develop staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Manage pipeline and ensure strong follow-up systems
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure full coverage across operating hours
• Partner with ownership to execute growth and profitability strategies
