As a Producer, you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs. Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

In this role as a Producer, your responsibilities will include:

• Be comfortable with a sales-related career based on commission and obtaining sales-related goals
• Must have, or obtain, General Lines Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses from the State of Arizona (within 30 days)
• Self-confidence, perseverance, and the ability to remain positive and maintain progress towards goals in spite of obstacles and adversity
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong listening skills and ability to anticipate and overcome objections
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and act effectively with minimal direction at times
• Experience with Microsoft Products
• Experience developing and following a prospecting plan
