Farmers Insurance Agency Ownership Opportunity

Job Overview

Build. Own. Scale. Create Residual Income.

This is an agency ownership opportunity for someone who wants to build a real business asset — not just earn transactional commissions.

You’ll have the opportunity to launch, grow, and own your own retail insurance agency, with long-term residual income, strong first-year incentives, and equity upside.

This opportunity is designed for builders who want autonomy, accountability, and uncapped potential.

-Launch and operate your own retail insurance agency

-Build a growing book of business you own

-Create recurring residual income through renewals and retention

-Hit aggressive production goals in year one

-Earn up to a 300% first-year bonus on commissions based on performance

-Develop referral relationships in your local market

-Hire and lead a team as production scales

-This is ownership with responsibility — not a franchise and not a sales-only role.

Program Highlights

-Clear path to ownership — defined transition from training to agency operation

-Strong work ethic and follow-through

-Coachability and willingness to learn

-Comfort with goals, metrics, and accountability
