As part of our growing team, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative.

Salary Range: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is a plus.
Responsibilities

Client Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on insurance policies and coverage.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure positive customer interactions.

Policy Management:

  • Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals.
  • Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options to meet their individual needs.


Claims Assistance:

  • Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and facilitating communication between clients and the claims department.
  • Collaborate with claims adjusters to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.


Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and organized client records in the agency's database.
  • Process policy documentation, endorsements, and other paperwork efficiently.


Problem Resolution:

  • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.


Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide feedback on common customer issues to improve overall service quality.
