As a Customer Service Representative, you will take inbound calls and make outbound calls to generate appointments and market insurance products or services. We are searching for an individual who can treat our clients like family. Always respectful and eager to lend a hand. This position holds a base salary + bonus opportunity with future long term career advancement available.

Salary Range: $27,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required
• Texas General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
