Farmers has designed a new agency "Retail Program" that provides an extremely competitive financial and training support to accelerate the business over your first 3 years as an Agent. The Retail program also offers a lucrative compensation and bonus program over industry averages.
Initial Retail Agency Perks:
-Sign on Bonus, Financial Marketing Support, Office Branding Bonus, and a monthly/ quarterly/ yearly Retail Bonus program (for example, Year 1 = 300% commission bonus).
If becoming an agent is too large of a leap, then consider our second open position/ entry point. The Apprentice Agent / Protege Program is the opportunity to work directly with one of our District 09 mentor Agents. This mentor Agent will work with you to grow your career in the insurance industry. This position comes with a base salary plus commissions, serving as a training position on your way to becoming a Farmers Insurance agent.
