This is NOT an hourly customer service role.

This is a sales position with base pay + uncapped commission.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year (first year on target earnings)

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

District Support/Guidance

• Sales experience, preferred (insurance or financial services a plus).
• Current Property & Casualty (required), plus Life, Health and Annuities license (preferred), not required. Must be able to able to obtain P&C license prior to starting. with district support. Licensure study materials paid for by Farmers District 61.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and insurance-related software
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options, including auto, home, life, business, and other specialty lines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, policy changes, claims, and other customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations
