Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Flexible Schedule

• Active Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (district office support provided)
• Demonstrated sales experience or strong entrepreneurial drive.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Commitment to meeting performance standards and maintaining compliance.
