Hands on Training

• At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience is required (office or retail)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM/Database and general computer skills
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
• Ability to obtain an Oregon Property & Casualty insurance license quickly (well help and cover costs)
• Bonus if you already hold an active Oregon P&C license
