As an Insurance Sales Professional (Protege Agent), you will help grow our local agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customers understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Additionally, you will handle policy renewals and support clients with claims. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial, often involving networking and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Earn a base salary in addition to bonuses and/or commission!

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is required
• Insurance or similar industry experience is preferred, but not required
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must obtain Oregon insurance license in a predetermined amount of time and we'll help with the fees.
