What You Bring

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer-first mindset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative office environment
• Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus
• Willingness to obtain a Nevada insurance license (if not already licensed)

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to new and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist with insurance policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage explanations
• Support the agency team by maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for every customer interaction
• Contribute to the agency's retention goals and team success
