Candidates must obtain an active Property & Casualty license prior to starting and our agency will invest in you and cover the costs. This is not a remote position and must live within 20 miles of my agency to be considered.

Base Salary of $19.00-$21.00/hour depending on sales/industry experience + Commissions/Bonuses (1st year earning potential of $50,000 - $70,000)

Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Requirements
  • One year of sales and/or marketing experience is required
  • One year of professional office experience is preferred
  • Ability to obtain or already carry insurance licenses
  • Genuine thirst to learn to be mentored
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
  • Familiar with multiple computer platforms (Windows, Google, CRM's.) is required
Responsibilities

(includes but not limited to):

  • Sales lead tracking and management using CRM tools
  • Multi-channel prospecting including substantial phone and email follow-up
  • Customer suitability and insurance coverage consultation 
  • Development and presentation of insurance proposals
  • Establish and support client relationships with timely and exceptional service
  • Agency office operations including fiduciary responsibilities, staffing, team management
  • Professional networking including social media, business to business, referral groups, etc.
