Our locally owned and very well-established Mike Fitzsimonds - Farmers Insurance agency in Tillamook is currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual, with effective time management, and a positive attitude to join our team. As a Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSSR), you will provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, as well as work to support agency growth through new business generation. As a CSSR you will also be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate solutions for meeting those needs.

Candidates need to have customer service and/or sales experience, the ability to work in a team environment, and a very professional telephone presence. Must be able to pass state insurance license exam in time and meet continuing education requirements (We will help you with this).

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per year

• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service and/or sales experience is required.
• Previous experience using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other technical skills is
• required.
• Must be awesome at opening doors, building rapport, and getting appointments from a cold start.
• Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred.
• One (1) year professional office experience highly preferred.

• Handle incoming calls from clients, prospects, etc.
• Process client policy change requests.
• Take and process premium payments from clients.
• Maintain accurate and descriptive accounts of all client/customer interactions in agency management
• system.
• Understand basic product offering, billing, underwriting, and processing guidelines.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephone, automatic dialing system and other internet
• technologies.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
