Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

  • Ability to write business with outside carriers through brokerage wholly owned by Farmers
  • Sale of Service and Commission Rights: Opportunity to sell service and commission rights (own your book of business)

  • Agency Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
  • Up to three years of monthly new business commission bonuses of 300%
  • Exterior Branding Bonus: Provides initial exterior branding bonus of up to $6,000

Responsibilities

  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Manage and coach a sales/support team to drive agency growth.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years professional office experience required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of sales or marketing experience required.
  • Genuine thirst to build a business.
  • Must possess a Property & Casualty Insurance license (or willing to obtain).
  • Must possess a Life & Health Insurance license (or willing to obtain).
