Paid Time Off (PTO)

• Sales experience, preferred but not required - Training provided.
• Current Property & Casualty plus Life, Health and Annuities license or willing to obtain with district office support. Must be able to able to obtain P&C license prior to starting. Licensure study materials paid for by Farmers District 15.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
