Salary: Estimated annual earnings between $60,000 and $90,000

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and goal-oriented
• Willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong ambition for personal and professional growth
• Must hold valid insurance licenses (or be willing to acquire them)

• Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and secure sales
• Participate in community activities
• Establish networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
• Utilize lead management systems
• Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases
