Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect confidently and professionally with clients
  • Sales experience or the motivation to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment, including phone outreach, customer service, or retail sales
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify client needs and recommend solutions
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn new skills while growing within a team-focused environment
  • Positive attitude with a desire to build a long-term career helping clients protect what matters most through insurance solutions
Responsibilities
  • Connect with potential clients, build relationships, and educate them on insurance products and coverage options that fit their needs
  • Generate new business through outbound sales activities including phone outreach, networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Support agency growth by managing leads, following up with prospects, and delivering a strong customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Learn how to assess client needs, recommend appropriate coverage solutions, and develop strong communication and sales skills
  • Obtain your California Property & Casualty License within 60 days with training, guidance, and support provided throughout the process
