We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to manage and service an established book of commercial insurance accounts. This role focuses on client relationships, policy servicing, renewals, and coverage support, with opportunities to assist in account growth as needed.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Commercial insurance experience required
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverage
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

• Service commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), audits, and policy changes
• Manage commercial lines policies such as General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation, Property, and BOP
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions regarding coverage, billing, and claims coordination
• Review client accounts to ensure accurate coverage and identify coverage gaps or changes
• Communicate with carriers and underwriters to process updates, negotiate terms, and support renewals
• Maintain accurate documentation within agency management systems / CRM
