Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients confidently and professionally

Responsibilities
  • Assist potential clients by explaining insurance products and coverage options clearly and confidently
  • Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective customers through telemarketing, community events, and networking
  • Negotiate policy terms and premiums to align with client needs while ensuring company standards are met
  • Support retail sales activities by promoting insurance services and expanding the customer base
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including tracking leads, updating client records, and preparing proposals
  • Develop analysis skills by assessing client risks and recommending appropriate coverage options
  • Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus) to enhance customer experience and expand outreach
  • Willingness to obtain a California Property & Casualty insurance license in 60 days (training and support provided)
