The BIA program is designed for business-minded, self-motivated individuals ready to capitalize on the booming commercial insurance market. You will leverage existing agency relationships while developing your own network, focusing on industries that match your expertise.

Salary Range: $36,001.00 - $60,001.00 per year

Requirements:


To be considered for the BIA Program, candidates must:


Successfully pass a Farmers background check.


Maintain a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Build Your Book: Establish and grow your own profitable book of commercial insurance business under the BIA program structure.

Strategic Sales: Prospect, develop, and manage long-term relationships with business owners across diverse industries.


Product Focus: Focus on writing and selling qualifying business insurance products, including:


Businessowners Policies


Workers’ Compensation


Commercial Auto


Commercial Umbrella, and more.


Collaborate for Success: Partner directly with local Farmers agency owners, utilizing their existing customer relationships to drive commercial sales growth within the district.


Achieve Targets: Meet quarterly performance targets essential for maintaining and extending your BIA appointment.
