• A $5,000 sign-on bonus awaits selected agency owners.
• We provide top-notch training and ongoing coaching support that is like no other in the industry. We have successful Agents in our team earning $200,000 on average and some more than $600,000!
• We will also assist in providing licensed agency staff members to help you grow your book of sales.

• An associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills are required
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit

• Quick learner with confidence and friendly nature
• Ability to work independently and take constructive criticism from mentors

 

A Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance license is required. Our overall success is based on our team’s success, so our District provides continuous training, coaching, mentorship to help you succeed!

• Sell our products and services
• Solicit new prospects
• Assist existing clients as necessary
• Network within your community - attending networking events, sales conferences, and trade shows to market your business and target your preferred audience
• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders
• Educate customers on their options
