Solid understanding of major social media platforms and experience with content creation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools is a plus.

The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, stakeholders, or other contacts through phone, email, and online systems.

Manage and maintain the company's master calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts

Plan and coordinate community events, outreach initiatives, and workshops to promote organizational goals.

Build and maintain relationships with community partners, local businesses, and key stakeholders.

Develop, create, and post engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Monitor social media channels for trends and insights, and track key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

Respond to comments and messages from the online community in a way that aligns with the brand's voice.
