Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing

Minimum 1-2 years of insurance customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with insurance agency management systems Apex and Agency Zoom is a plus.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide outstanding support to our clients by assisting with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and claims guidance.
• Develop strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Review accounts for coverage improvements and cross-sell additional policies when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the agency management system.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay current on underwriting guidelines, product knowledge, and industry regulations.
• Uphold the agency’s commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism.
