We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing team. You’ll have opportunities to educate clients, recommend coverage enhancements, and contribute to agency growth. With a base salary plus commission and bonuses, earning potential ranges from $42,000 to $72,000 per year. • Active Property & Casualty License (required before starting)
• Willing to work during Pacific Standard Time Office Hours
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills – ability to explain insurance policies clearly

• Attention to detail – accurately process policy changes and claims
• Tech-savvy – proficient with CRM systems, email, and insurance software
• Multitasking skills – handle multiple inquiries while maintaining excellent service
• Sales & upselling mindset – identify customer needs and offer policy enhancements

• Answer and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals
• Support customers with claims assistance, ensuring a smooth process
• Resolve customer issues with care and efficiency, escalating when necessary
• Educate customers on insurance products and recommend additional coverage when appropriate
