Appointed Producer

The Appointed Producer position provides individuals the opportunity for unlimited growth under the leadership of a Farmers Agent. You will work with me, and have access to resources that can help you establish skillsets for future excellence, while also learning the business and benefiting from a nationally recognized brand. I will provide you with every opportunity to be successful in this career field.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Appointment Process Once Hired

• Obtain an Insurance License with the Oklahoma Insurance Department for Property & Casualty (I will help you get and maintain an Insurance license)
• Training program through the University of Farmers

Background Check

• Satisfactory results of the candidate background check

Candidate

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Work Leads provided by the agency
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
