We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic individual to join our Agent Mentorship Program team and learn the ins and outs of the insurance world! You will be using your willingness to learn and excellent communication skills to service new and existing accounts to achieve sales goals and service standards.

No previous insurance experience? No problem! Whether you have experience in the industry or are looking to start down a new career path, this may be the place for you!

If you have proven your customer service and communication skills in another industry and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know to be successful with Farmers Insurance. Applicants will begin with a $30,000/year base salary PLUS commission, and can earn additional compensation with additional bonuses.
