The award winning district office of Farmers Insurance in Plymouth, Mn, is seeking an Agency Business Consultant or Sales Manager to train, coach and mentor our agency owners in the Twin Cities and St Cloud areas. This is a leadership position that can lead to a District Manager position. The Agency Business Consultant should have prior insurance or financial advising background and must have been a successful agent, trainer or in management.

ABOUT THE DISTRICT- The Titan Group

The district is comprised of about 42 agency owners and the District Manager has achieved Presidents Council and Championship awards twice as well as Topper club 7 times in 10 years. You will be joining a high performing team!! 

Salary Range: $45.00 - $50.00 per year

• The Agency Business Consultant should be high energy and demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Sales, insurance or marketing experience required
• The Agency Business Consultant must have their insurance licenses or be willing to obtain them prior to employment
• Excellent computer, Excel and web surfing skills are vital to the Agency Business Consultant position
• Must have a can-do and positive attitude

• Performance bonus in addition to base salary

• The Agency Business Consultant will coach, train, hire and mentor agency owners.
• The Agency Business Consultant or Sales Manager will train and coach new and seasoned agency owners
• The Agency Business Consultant or Sales Manager will help onboard new agency owners
• The Agency Business Consultant or Sales Manager will send reports and be a life insurance support for the district
• The ideal candidate will have basic PC skills, Excel, presentation skills, strong analytical skilsy and conflict resolution skills
• College degree preferred
