Insurance Sales Agent


Job Overview

We are seeking leaders with sales and management experience to become Agents with Farmers Insurance. Enjoy a recession-proof stable industry. As an Agent, you will manage and lead a team of agents, drive sales across auto, home, life, and business insurance, and oversee day-to-day agency operations. You will have flexibility to broker business outside of Farmers appetite for client retention. This role combines leadership, and unlimited earning potential.

The Opportunity

  • Bonuses up to 360% of new business sales in your first year; annual and quarterly bonuses continue afterward

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales and management
  • Proven track record of sales and management success
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
  • Active or willing to obtain P&C and/or Life & Health insurance licenses
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of agents
  • Drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities across all lines
  • Recruit, train, and retain agents
  • Implement sales, marketing, and lead-generation strategies
  • Oversee agency operations, budgets, staffing, and performance metrics
