Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably in insurance or a related field.

• Previous experience in life insurance, sales required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, relatable manner.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

• Life and Health Insurance license required.

• Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity (preferred).

• Assess clients financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.

• Educate clients on various life insurance products and benefits.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Customize policies to align with clients' budgets and long-term goals.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and policy changes.

• Manage client portfolios and provide ongoing support.

• Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
