We???re looking for top-performing professionals to build an insurance agency with Farmers Insurance in our Bloomington office. You will go into business for yourself, but not by yourself, as Farmers provides bonuses for the first year while you build your sales!
Salary: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Insurance Agency Manager will create an agency with the support of Farmers insurance and will enjoy 300% bonuses.
- Ability to make 15-30K per month with marketing assistance
- Insurance Agency Manager must have previous insurance or management experience.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established for the Insurance Agency Manager.
- Insurance Agency Manager be outstanding at creating relationships
- Insurance Agency Manager solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Insurance Agency Manager must be able to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License is preferred but will train good individual.
- Prior sales experience (especially in insurance) strongly encouraged.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
