If you would like to gain experience working with a seasoned insurance agent learning how to market, sell and service clients, then apply for this position! We are hiring immediately for a sales producer for our Coon Rapids Farmers Insurance office. Insurance background required, however, additional training and mentorship will be provided. This position could lead to further career opportunities with Farmers Insurance.
Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Will cross sell to existing clients and market to new clients.
- Work and train with seasoned insurance professional.
- Complete required online and in-person training as assigned.
Requirements
- P&C insurance license required.
- Sales, leadership or management experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Must have a desire to be active in the community.
- Must have a favorable criminal record with no felonies.
