Farmers Insurance is excited to grow and expand the ways that we can help customers be smarter about their life insurance and financial services. You will have an opportunity to develop your own life insurance and financial services business, and to build lasting relationships with Farmers agents who ask you to help them introduce life insurance and financial services options to current Farmers customers in their agencies.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- The Financial Services Associate will work with agents to grow their life insurance and financial services business.
- Assist clients with their investments, annuities, and life insurance.
- Establish and maintain healthy relationships with clients.
- Train and coach agents to improve their life sales, processes and systems
- Help run promotions in the district
Requirements
GENERAL
- Must have Series 6 or 7, Series 63, property casualty and life insurance license
- At least 1 year of customer facing sales experience in the Life and Financial Services industry
- Satisfactory results of background and credit check
- You know how to set goals for a business and execute a plan efficiently and effectively.
