Salary: $160,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Insurance Agency Manager will build an agency with the support of Farmers insurance and will enjoy 300% bonuses.
- Ability to make 15-30K per month with marketing assistance
- Insurance Agency Manager must have previous insurance or management experience.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established for the Insurance Agency Manager.
- Insurance Agency Manager be outstanding at relationship building.
- Insurance Agency Manager solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Insurance Agency Manager must be able to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Requirements
- The Agency Manager must be willing to work towards their Property & Casualty License.
- Prior sales experience (especially in insurance) strongly encouraged for The Office Manager .
- The Agency Manager must Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
