• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new and existing products.

• The Office Manager must be willing to work towards their Property & Casualty License.
• Prior sales experience (especially in insurance) strongly encouraged for The Insurance Agent/ Office Manager .

• The Insurance Agent/Manager must Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc
