Insurance Office Manager


Job Overview

**This position requires Insurance Agency Experience and Colorado Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Licenses.

As the Office Manager, you’ll be leading our customer service team which is the face of our agency. You and your team will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing excellent service after the sale, cross selling to current customers, and ensuring our clients feel supported throughout their journey.

This role requires a tech-savvy individual with experience in a P&C Insurance Agency who is committed to going the extra mile to help our team be successful.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Insurance License: Must have Colorado Property, Casualty, and Life License, and be able to pass our pre-hire background and drug screening.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a property and casualty insurance agency is required. Experience leading a team is preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Typing 50 wpm + and comfortable with using CRM systems, automation, databases, and other tech tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
  • Outstanding Attendance: Reliability is key—must have a strong attendance record and be committed to showing up on time.
  • Positive Attitude: Must have an unrelenting positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
  • Leadership: This leadership position is all about helping the team succeed and driving the positive culture in our agency. We are looking for someone who is inspiring, has an unrelenting positive attitude, and stays calm under pressure.
  • Adaptability: The ability to help our team through change management in our ever evolving industry.
  • Onboarding Of New Customers: Assist new clients through the onboarding process to ensure they understand their insurance plans and are set up for success.
  • Customer Service After the Sale: Provide ongoing support to customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Cross Sell: Earn extra money through commission and overrides on your team's commission earned by cross selling additional products while providing excellent customer service.
  • Tech-Savvy Solutions: Typing 50 wpm + and using CRM systems and other tools to efficiently manage customer accounts and provide solutions to their inquiries.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products and policies to effectively support customers and provide accurate information.
  • Effort and Accountability: Maintain outstanding attendance, attitude, and effort for your self and manage this for your team as well.
