We’re a fast-growing, family-owned insurance agency based in Wylie, TX (serving all of Texas), and we’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our sales engine. Your job is simple—but not easy: call prospects, start conversations, and deliver live transfers to our licensed producers.

Growth Path

If you want to be a licensed insurance advisor, you can consider this your paid "producer training camp". This is the perfect starting point if you want a career in insurance. We will help you get licensed, coach you on the scripts and systems, and give you a clear path to grow into a producer role as you prove consistency, coachability and performance.

What success looks like

• You love daily activity goals (calls, connects, live transfers, follow-up texts)
• You follow a proven script/process and turn cold leads into warm conversations for our sales team
• You’re allergic to excuses and obsessed with getting 1% better every day
• If you miss a goal, you’re not “fine”—you adjust the inputs and go again

Compensation

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We believe in paying exceptionally well for outstanding performance. Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a hourly rate with uncapped monthly commission.

Salary Range: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

This is a phone-heavy role. You will be dialing and talking to lots of people—that’s the job, and we’ll train you to be great at it. If you’re ready to be part of a fast-growing, high-energy team where your income and career growth are in YOUR control, we want to hear from you!

What does the day-to-day look like?

• Start your day with a quick huddle, targets, and a plan—then it’s go time
• Hit the phones—make high-volume outbound calls to inbound leads and warm prospects
• Follow a proven script to start conversations, build rapport, and earn the live transfer
• Qualify quickly (basic info + needs) and transfer the prospect live to a licensed producer
• Send follow-up texts/emails when you don’t connect and work your call-back list
• Keep clean notes in the CRM (best time to call, objections, next steps)
• Track daily numbers: dials, contacts, quality conversations, live transfers
• Participate in quick huddles/roleplay to sharpen talk tracks and improve conversions
• Celebrate wins, compete on the scoreboard, and keep the engine moving
