You will be the first point of contact with our commercial customers for our busy office. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and we know that with your positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, you may be the perfect fit for this role. Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, generating insurance quotes, and cross selling our client base.

Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Has an active General Lines Property & Casualty License.
- Willing to obtain a General Lines Life & Health License within 30-60 days.
- Commercial Experience of a minimum of 3 years
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
