In this role you will be responsible for managing our lead funnels, generating quote activity, and driving revenue growth through marketing efforts. Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
- Obtain the prospect's information such as name, address, and vehicle information, and enter into quote sheets.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
