• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Life & Health insurance license.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Provide personalized insurance solutions to clients, including coverage options and policy reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and changes in regulations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
