Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Hands on Training

• Prior sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Competitive mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed performance goals
• Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a Property & Casualty insurance license within 30 days of hire

• Lead Generation: Proactively source new business through cold calling, networking, walk-ins, referrals, and digital lead platforms
• Sales Presentations: Clearly explain insurance products and present tailored policy recommendations that align with each clients needs and budget
• Customer Engagement: Establish trust and long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and responsive communication
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional lines of business to current clients to maximize value and retention
• Pipeline Management: Keep your sales funnel full by consistently tracking leads and moving opportunities toward a close
• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily activity and results, and refine your strategies to stay on track with your sales goals
