Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Licensing: Must possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Training: Engage in intensive sales training programs to master insurance product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
  • Lead Generation: Learn to identify and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Client Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of various insurance products.
  • Client Follow-Up: Develop skills in following up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer relationships.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Participate in strategy sessions to design and implement effective sales tactics tailored to target markets.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance to understand effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales practices comply with legal and ethical standards.
