We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Agent who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is eager to help business owners secure the right coverage for their needs. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who enjoys building relationships, prospecting, and closing deals in the commercial insurance space.
Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Prior experience in commercial insurance sales, B2B sales, or financial services preferred but not required.
- Strong ability to communicate, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for success.
- Ability to network and build relationships with local businesses and professionals.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, digital marketing, and social media for prospecting.
Responsibilities
- Prospect & Develop Business Clients: Identify and engage with business owners to understand their insurance needs and present tailored commercial insurance solutions.
- Sell a Variety of Commercial Policies: Offer comprehensive commercial lines coverage, including general liability, commercial property, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, and business owner policies (BOPs).
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing policy support, risk management guidance, and outstanding customer service.
- Networking & Community Involvement: Attend local business networking events, build referral partnerships, and leverage marketing strategies to grow your book of business.
- Work with the District Agency Owners: Collaborate with our team to access training, mentorship, and growth opportunities while leveraging Farmers’ extensive product portfolio.
- Meet Sales Goals & Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and consultative selling techniques.
