Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a sales background (no insurance experience required) to join our team as Aspiring Insurance Agents. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry, develop sales skills, and build a successful career as an insurance agent. You will receive comprehensive training, work directly with clients, and be mentored by experienced professionals.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Willingness to get properly licensed through the state of Michigan

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Educate clients on insurance products, including life, health, home, and auto insurance.
• Customize insurance plans to suit individual client needs and financial situations.
• Provide ongoing service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and policies are up-to-date.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to team objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations.
