As a Trainee Agent, you'll start an exciting adventure in insurance with our experienced team guiding you every step of the way. This role is all about giving you the skills and knowledge you need to become a successful salesperson, with the chance to eventually become a full-fledged Insurance Agent. Hands on Training

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Sales Support: Work closely with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
